Fast, Professional and brilliant service. We got our laminated flooring to 3 rooms and the stair case done by LRS Flooring, couple of months back. Even after these months have passed by, the flooring still looks as if it was done just last week!

They made the whole job look so easy, finished thoroughly, with amazing speed, without any room to point out a lacuna. Difficult part was the staircase, but every corner was professionaly covered. Neat and tidy finishing. Not only will call them myself for any future work but would strongly recommend to others.

Excellent value and quality engineered oak flooring installed by LRS in our lounge.they really went the extra mile, accomodated underfloor cables, fitted skirting boards, rearranged fitting days several times as we weren't ready, and gave excellent and honest advice. They were happy to fit flooring purchased elsewhere but their,s was the best value we could find. Highly recommended.

Recently my kitchen and living room was flooded and I needed both the kitchen and living room floors replaced. I had a very good quote from LRS which was then excepted by the loss adjusters. Lee came and measured up the job initially and was very prompt in doing so. He then went on to fit quality flooring through out and has done an exceptional job and I would be very happy to recommend his services.

L.R.S. has just laid Karndean flooring in our kitchen/laundry which is roughly 30 square meters and the area is not symmetrical and we were worried that it would not be right. How wrong could we be! they spent two hours dry laying the karndean tiles down so we could see what it would look like and when you you consider that time is money and they didn’t have to bother as it was a fixed quote. they even removed the toilet in the laundry/utility instead of trying to cut round it which probably would not have looked so good. We have never left a comment before on work carried out as you expect to get what you pay for but in this case we felt it deserved appreciation for doing such a great job.!!

Lee also had to make good a bodge job we had done previously to remove the old ceramic tiles and screed which took the best part of a day. Must not forget Richard his assistant who was also brilliant.

We would whole heartedly recommend LRS Flooring Specialist to everyone as they gave a wonderful and stress free service and if we ever require any further tiling, Lee will be our first port of call!

Lee and his team installed laminate flooring to the entire of our ground floor in a single day with a high standard of workmanship.
Changing from dreary carpet to modern laminate flooring has transformed our ground floor and we are very pleased with the result.
We will be inviting LRS Flooring back to do the stairs and finally the first floor.

L.R.S flooring are the best flooring company in birmingham and there work is of the highest standerd.We would reccomend everyone to stop using cowboy floor fitters and stick to L.R.S flooring. The company who supplied my flooring left me two packs short!! but L.R.S.came back no questions asked and fitted the rest of the flooring. This is the second time they has fitted laminate flooring in our house and it was just as good as the first. There is a wide range of products to choose from and end result looks very good. The team did an excellent job fitting our original laminate floor. Nearly four years later we called upon him again to make some minor changes, as a result of central heating work that had been carried out. Lee responded to my initial enquiry very promptly. He was helpful, patient and friendly gave me a fair quote with no pressure selling and the work was completed well and to schedule at relatively short notice. There were a couple of minor problems after the fitter left but one phone call to Lee and they were sorted. I would certainly use LRS again.

I would definately recommend LRS Flooring. We had the majority of our house laminated. From the first time I came in contact with Lee, he was friendly, professional and took the time to understand our requirements and give us the best advice relating to what type of lamiate would suit our needs and budget. At no stage was there any hard sell. Lee's quote was very competitive and it worked out much cheaper compared to other competitors. Once we agreed to the price we were not dissappointed. Lee kept in touch with us and on the day of the installation arrived at our house on time and completed the job in one day. "I would definately recommend LRS Flooring. I originally was going to purchase some laminate online and have LRS fit it, thinking this would work out cheaper, but Lee's quote was very competitive and it worked out to be much easier and just as economical for LRS to both supply and fit my bedroom flooring. There was no hard sell (which puts me off dealing with a company straight away!) and Lee advised me of the products they supplied so I could view the range online (as I was short on time). I previously had carpet in the bedroom, and when lifting this I found some old uneven tiling on an otherwise wooden floor, and I also had some cable running along part of the floor which was no longer in use. Lee very kindly disconnected the cable for me and the uneven tiling did not pose any problems for him. The job was finished within 2 hours and overall I am very pleased. "

I have never had laminates before and was a bit nervous about all the particulars etc.. and my hallway did appear in the first instance that it might cause some problems as there was so many doors coming off the hallway and lots of corners etc... I was extremely surprised when Lee actually got it all done in the 4 hours he said it would take because I really thought it would take him alot longer. LRS was very professional and did a fantasic job and they were reasonably priced compared to other quotes I have had for laminate fittings. I would definately reccommend them.

After using L.R.S Flooring on 2 sepearate occasions i would gladly reccomend them to anyone.they are clean efficient and hard working and i found they always gave the best advice where needed. the type of flooring that was recommended has been great with no movement or bouncing anywhere, which was my greatest worry moving away from carpet.P.S. always keep a large stock of chocalate biscuits the lads need their sugar levells kept up. my recommendation every time.Thanx again the lounge flooring looks great. I was delighted with the service provided by L.R.S who were fantastic from the offset. Lee first had to screed my dining room and porch area within 30 minutes and returned 2 days later to lay my flooring in both areas in 2 hours!.He was extremely professional and left his contact details in, Lee was very tidy and cleans up after himself and even helped me move my fridge back in the dining room. Lee fitted my mothers's bathroom flooring, living room wooden floor and conservatory flooring. Since doing that he has supplied and fitted floors in our conservatory, dining area and our living room flooring. Lee and his team were really friendly, approachable and we were very happy with the quality of their work. They always cleared up after themselves, and worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of the wooden flooring they recommended and supplied was much better than other ranges we had previously been looking at. Lee reassured us that if we had any problems we should contact them without hesitation, but I am pleased to say that we have had no problems at all, either at our house or my mother's. There were no pressure sales, and I would recommend them to anybody looking to find a good, local flooring contractor. We found their advice was readily available and very helpful.
